CBFCBeth: we're really starting to get some bids in!
CBFCBeth: And thanks so much for the goodies you sent! There's bids
on all of it!
BrianTurk: bids....(whew) I was worried no one would want them
CBFCBeth: Oh... of COURSE they want them!
CBFCBeth: the enamal cup is too cute!
BrianTurk: has everyone here bid on something from the auction????
CBFCBeth: I see some familiar bidders here....
blondeambition1998: I wish I could Brian..Im so broke :(
BrianTurk: sorry blonde..... maybe april will send you a razorblade
Aprilsong: Brian I sent all the ones I had left to the auction
BrianTurk: how does the bidding work beth??? do you update it when
you get home or is it automatic...? or do they just put their
highest bid they would want to pay???
CBFCBeth: I update it by hand
CBFCBeth: so whenever I get the bids in, I try to update
CBFCBeth: but tomorrow and Thursday i'm gonna be working an Estate
Sale, so the bids will be updated only a couple times those days
KateBCG: It's proxy, Brian...you give you're highest bid and it gets
updated by beth automatically...
BrianTurk: ahhh
BrianTurk: wow.... $200 for a phone call from Clancy????
BrianTurk: wow
CBFCBeth: yeah!
missmewslove: Brian, can I ask you a question about "Art School
Confidential"?
BrianTurk: sure miss
missmewslove: When will it be released, and tell us something about
the character that you play?
BrianTurk: good question... I have no idea actually miss. A lot have
asked but, I don't know. I play "Jerome's" black sheep of the
family's cousin when he is home for Thanksgiving dinner.... funny
but, mostly embarrassing part
missmewslove: thanks Brian....looking forward to its release
BrianTurk: yeah... it has been a long time coming
LexxiSmiles: Brian....the tentative release date for Art School
Confidential is April 2006.
Michelle: Brian, how is the puppy?
BrianTurk: she is a princess!!!!
BrianTurk: no she is good
BrianTurk: we just got back from puppy class right now
BrianTurk: she is the star of the class if I do say so myself
BrianTurk: <--------- beeming proud parent
Michelle: but you're not biased, are ya?
BrianTurk: not biased at all michelle
BrianTurk: the instructor keeps using her for illustrations in class
BrianTurk: <---------- pats himself on the back
BrianTurk: plus she is a cutie....
Michelle: feel like dog-sitting my pup for awhile? takin her to some
classes?
BrianTurk: sure.... I have the time
blondeambition1998: what kind of dog is she Brian? and her name?
BrianTurk: I got a 7 month old Rottweiler, I never thought I would
get one of those but, she truly is very sweet and won me over... I
went to look at a lab/pointer but, adopted her. She has her tail
still..... and her name is Daisy
CBFCBeth: I dont think I've ever seen a Rott with their tail!
BrianTurk: yeah beth... very cute... she was abandoned at a
school... then turned over to a shelter... then to Rottweiler rescue
which doesn't deal with dogs with their tails so she was turned over
again to a rescue foundation
BrianTurk: very tramatic month or so
blondeambition1998: are you gonna keep her tail on?? Or have it
removed?
BrianTurk: Daisy is keeping her tail blonde... I could not do that
to her
BrianTurk: plus it adds soooooo much personality... I think anyway
Aprilsong: SO Brian can you tell us something about the Photo shoot
for the ensemble pic in the auction?
BrianTurk: april.... it was taken right after the filming of
episode..... 6 I believe... pick a number.
BrianTurk: it was literally right after I walked around with
the "cason" (sp?) three times... why three??? no one really knows.
BrianTurk: but, that was one of the few times we were all
together... well most of us anyway
Michelle: any interesting details you can remember about what is up
for auction...? besides what april asked about :)
BrianTurk: Michelle... ahh I would have to see them... but, it is
funny taken out of the set... it is tough to say where it is from...
they all blur together
CBFCBeth: Do you recognize that Mystery Black Velvet Cap?
CBFCBeth: it's got a lot of folks stumped
BrianTurk: no beth I do not... funny...but, it does look familiar
CBFCBeth: Any word on the Season 2 DVD release date?
BrianTurk: not that I have heard beth...
blondeambition1998: so why no 100 dollar phone calls for Brian!!?

CBFCBeth: Oh, we imposed on Brian more than enough!!!
BrianTurk: uhhh... blonde... I wouldn't think anyone would bid on
that....

clubs for you

BrianTurk: beth.... can you belive that this thing actually came
together???? I remember when you first mentioned it....
CBFCBeth: There are days I can't believe it! But then I look at the
bills! Hahahaha
CBFCBeth: No, it;s coming together great
CBFCBeth: and we have SO many people to thank for that
BrianTurk: hey beth... is that Dan's sig on the back of the mask????
CBFCBeth: Yes, Dan's autograph on the back of that. Whoops! Maybe I
should add that to the description, huh? LOL!
KateBCG: So, Brian...how is that cruel mistress hollywood treating
you?
BrianTurk: well Kate... eh??? but, it is picking up and hopefully
something will break. I have a couple of auditions tomorrow... one
pilot and one commercial... think happy thoughts on the pilot
please :) But, nothing new to really speak of
KateBCG: I have a film audition tomorrow myself, so I'll be nervous
for you instead of me? Wanna trade?
BrianTurk: you go kate... I didn't know you were an actress
BrianTurk: nice video by the way.... thank you very much...
BrianTurk: nice work
BrianTurk: where do you live kate?
KateBCG: NYC
BrianTurk: nice....
BrianTurk: I have an old roomate from college or after college but,
we went to college.... you get the idea who lives in N.Y.... and
most of my baseball team is from there it seems
Aprilsong: How about those ANgels Brian??
BrianTurk: don't say anything april.... I taped the game.... but,
wow.... yes I love it!
BrianTurk: I am from orange county so I grew up with them
missmewslove: How is your back Brian, do you still have problems
with it?
BrianTurk: every morning I get up miss.... no... j/k. I am fortunate
but, if I work out too hard or usually the next day after a baseball
game it is stiff but, for the most part I am good
LauraLee: oh that's good to hear Brian.. did you injure your back?
BrianTurk: laura... she was referring to an accident that ended my
football playing days... I herniated two of my discs in my lower
back... back in college
LauraLee: oh no!!
LauraLee: i dind't realize you were a football player! but i should
have guessed!
quest: Offensvie lineman?
BrianTurk: yes... quick guard... or pulling guard quest
blondeambition1998: Been to any good movies lately Brian? Do you
like going to movies??
BrianTurk: I have not seen anything lately blonde.... plus it is
like $10 or $11 bucks out here
BrianTurk: the last movie I saw was Wedding Crashers....
BrianTurk: I cried
Jody: How did you like Wedding Crashers?
LauraLee: you cried!
BianTurk: I loved it Jody... I CRIED.... I was laughing so hard... I
saw it openning night and died... and could not even hear all of the
lines
CBFCBeth: Gotta check out "40 Year old Virgin" if you want to cry
some more...
BrianTurk: I heard that was good.... plus Carla is in it
KateBCG: Brian, were you able to snag anything excellent for
yourself at the estate sale?
BrianTurk: yes kate I got my airplane that I carved... my horse that
I carved from Episode 2...
BrianTurk: um.... my banner over my bali... ( what I will ever do
with it I do not know but, nice to have ).... um
BrianTurk: some license plates
BrianTurk: some coffee mugs
BrianTurk: ooohhhh I got a chair... actually that Matthew used to
use... it is much sturdier and bigger than the usual ones
BrianTurk: I did not get my chair back.... or my weights.... and
actually they have been up on Ebay.... Sigh
BrianTurk: thats pretty much it
CBFCBeth: Did you run into other castmates at the sale?
BrianTurk: beth... I had a meeting with an agency that day so I
could not go early but, went bright and early on the Thursday I
think.... I saw Debra and that was it.... funny, I told them over
the phone what I wanted and they sold some of it anyway.
BrianTurk: oh well... tough job I would think
BrianTurk: oh and I am getting the book that I tossed into Dora
Mae's grave... Michelle has it for me
CBFCBeth: Kimmie went down there on the weekend
CBFCBeth: and we were on a three way call checking episodes, trying
to figure out where things were from! LOL
BrianTurk: yeah beth... it was crazy... it was just a big like
soundstage... like where you saw the snake thing but, filled with
rows and rows of stuff... they found my bin (where they kept all my
stuff) and it was empty... ransacked
Susan_CarnyChat: and if only we could figure out which ep Lodz hat
comes from
CBFCBeth: if it is Lodz hat
CBFCBeth: Debra and Clancy thought it was Lodz, then weren't sure,
Dk thought maybe Gecko, then he wasnt sure
BrianTurk: I just think that they got ahold of the box... which was
in the back room and saw a character name on it and figured it was
good and bought it.
BrianTurk: oh well
CBFCBeth: Thank goodness Cb was the first one to get to the farm
implements! :)
BrianTurk: Yeah... Clancy cleaned up there
LauraLee: Brian are you still in the OC or LA area?
BrianTurk: laura I am in L.A. but, grew up in orange county

them but, I guess for me it was "the river"

BrianTurk: jody... just because of the healing I guess

BrianTurk: yes april... it leads off my tape... well me fighting and
gettin kicked in the (*)&)(*s leads off then it follows
Aprilsong: I think that's a great choice-- It shows how wonderful
you are as an actor--in the healing no words but I know exactly what
you are thinking
blondeambition1998: Who is your favorite singer or band, Brian?
BrianTurk: blonde... too many to list... well I take that back.... I
like too many but, don't really know who they all are... I know
lirics and all but, some I have no clue who sings them
BrianTurk: but, I like all genres
blondeambition1998: any favorite genre?
BrianTurk: not really blonde... if I had to say... I guess classic
rock
CBFCBeth: What decade, Brian?
BrianTurk: I don't know beth.... I know the songs and words but,
don't really know who.... or when....
BrianTurk: but, I like old school rap or funk.... swing or big
band.... lots
missmewslove: Brian, who was your fav actor to act with on Carnivale?
BrianTurk: miss.... I really loved everyone.... but, I really liked
working with Adrienne (because she is a total sweatheart and I
learned sooo much from her.... she is a total and consomate
professional) I also liked my scenes with Nick he is very cool
BrianTurk: but, my most fun was with Tim and Toby.... I never had a
scene with Toby but, he is a riot
quest: Ok brian im gonna ask you the most important question of the

BrianTurk: I don't bench for weight anymore but, I do reps.... I can
do 225lbs 20-25 times

BrianTurk: not really miss
BrianTurk: but, that is the test they do for the combines to the NFL
KateBCG: Brian, I once told you you remind me so much of my little
brother, but I have just decided i would like to see you wrestle
him...it would be like bizarro world on Seinfeld.

BrianTurk: wow.... I havent run the 40 in years.... but, it was 5.0

have been in? Besides Carnivale?
BrianTurk: miss... I love a few good men.... unfortunately I was not
in it
BrianTurk: I guess my favorite thing was either Lost World or
A.I.... not much screen time but, it was two weeks each working with
Steven Spielberg... very cool.... part wise it would have to be
either the Nash Bridges or the Buffy or Wings... all for different
reasons

working with Spielberg!
BrianTurk: not a bad gig either.... hawaii.... nice
BrianTurk: HEY.... all of my items have bids.... I just checked... I
am so happy
BrianTurk: beth... how much have we raised so far???
CBFCBeth: I think we just edged past $4600 tonight
BrianTurk: wow.... that should be a pretty nice shindig
CBFCBeth: yeah, we're definitely needing the money, and it'll be

CBFCBeth: it's slowed a little,but we expect it'll pick up again
after the holiday
