Brian was born on December 6th in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He didn’t stay long, as his family moved to Southern California before his first birthday. He has lived in California ever since. Brian loves sports. He played college football for the University of Southern California. He particularly loves baseball. If one is lucky enough to talk to Mr. Turk, the conversation turns to baseball every time he can manage to bring it up. He currently plays in a league when he isn’t busy acting.
Brian began acting professionally in 1993. His first job was a Budweiser commercial. Since then, he has appeared in roughly 16 movies, 20 television shows and 36 commercials. Brian is best known for his portrayal of Adrienne Barbeau’s StrongMan son, Gabriel, in the HBO series Carnivale. Brian considers himself very fortunate to have had such success in a field where there are no guarantees for hard work.
